Me Ilan Gabizon joined Paquette & Associates Attorneys in 2017 as an attorney in the corporate and commercial department.
His practice focuses on all aspects of corporate transactional work, such as financing and mergers/acquisitions, as well as contract preparation of all types. He has also developed significant experience in civil and commercial litigation, and is regularly called to plead before the courts of Quebec.
Me Gabizon worked as a sole practitioner for the first eight years of his career prior to joining Paquette & Associates Attorneys. He prides himself on his practical and straightforward approach and the integrity with which he handles his clients’ files.
